Sense Lockers Questions and Answers

We want to make sure you could have a hassle-free experience so you can get on with enjoying yourself. So we have designed our Sense Locker Smart System to be keyless and activated by your finger.

When you arrive at the locker, you will be asked to register your fingerprint on the scanner. You can then put your belongings in the lockers, click the screen to confirm you have closed the door and then when you come back and want to access the locker, just place your finger on the scanner (located below the touch screen) and your locker door will open.

Our fingerprint scanners are of the highest quality and are supplied by a leading global manufacturer. They are high performance, have enhanced security features and have been independently tested.

We don’t store a photo of your fingerprint. When you use the scanner, the scanner algorithm turns the information into code. The fingerprint is not stored with any other information about you, so is unidentifiable.

We only store the fingerprint while you have a locker hired. When you finish using the locker, the data is deleted

Check that your hands are dry and you are using the finger that you registered with.

Yes, all of the lockers have a USB port allowing you to charge your phone.

If you are charging your phone, use a separate locker (and fingerprint) to store your other belongings.

This is to protect your phone from damage and to ensure that your device doesn’t cause damage to your other belongings whilst it’s charging.

For optimal charging, switch your phone on to flight mode.

You can access the locker during the venue opening hours

Just in case you have a very long night out, you can use the locker for up to 30 hours
